​What we do
We started by sending strength blankets to children suffering from heart defects. We recognized the need for all children to have strength regardless of their medical condition so we have opened up our Strong Kid program to all children with life altering medical conditions.
Why we do it
1 in 100 babes is born with a congenial heart defect.
20% of babies born with a CHD don't celebrate their 1st birthday.
CHD kills more kids then all childhood cancers combined.
How to help

Meet Gunnar

At 8 months pregnant Gunnar’s Mommy and Daddy got some extremely disappointing news. Their second child was suffering from numerous medical conditions and the doctors were unsure he would even be able to make his journey into the world.
